Short Biography
Mehdi Harounabadi finished his Bachelor’s and Master’s in computer engineering in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He received his Ph.D. in computer science with great praise from the Technical University of Ilmenau. In 2020, he joined Fraunhofer Institute in Erlangen and now is working as a senior scientist in the area of 5G and 6G.
By now, he has published several journal articles and conference papers and received several best paper awards from different conferences. His research interests are 5G-V2X, autonomous driving, and application of machine learning in the next generation of mobile and wireless networks.
